Junior Transactional Attorney

Role overview Use your early-career transactional law experience to improve AI tools that review contracts. The work focuses on how agreements are drafted, negotiated and redlined. What you’ll be doing • Work through simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises. • Assess AI responses to contract scenarios using consistent grading criteria. • Explain legal risks and give feedback that helps improve the evaluation guidelines. Who this could suit Lawyers with foundational transactional experience in a firm or in-house team, especially with technology agreements. Exposure to legal technology or AI is helpful but not required. What you’ll need The listing asks for 1–3 years of transactional legal work, including exposure to agreements such as MSAs and NDAs. You will need careful legal analysis, strong communication and attention to detail. You don’t have to match every requirement exactly.
