These terms explain how to use Find Jobs in AI. Questions can be sent to applications@findjobsinai.co.uk.

What we provide

Find Jobs in AI lets you explore vacancies, create a candidate profile, save jobs and submit applications for human review. We may suggest other opportunities based on your profile. A job listing or recommendation is not a promise of work, an interview or a contract. The hiring organisation controls its own assessments, selection and engagement terms.

Your account and applications

Keep the information you submit accurate and current, and use your own email address and CV. Do not submit another person’s information without their authority. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in email. We may need to contact you about an application using the address on your account.

Before submitting an application, check the role’s stated location, pay, skills and eligibility information. If we invite you to a next stage, follow the instructions in the email. You may need to provide further details to the hiring organisation on its own site.

Vacancies and outside services

Vacancies can change or close, and details may be supplied by third parties. We aim to present them accurately, but confirm important terms with the hiring organisation before accepting any work. External application sites and communities have their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for their content or decisions.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not impersonate someone else, upload malicious material, interfere with the service, misuse other people’s information or attempt to access private administration or candidate records.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or remove listings and site features when needed, including when a vacancy closes or its information cannot be verified. We may update these terms as the service develops; the date above shows the latest version.
