Find Jobs in AI helps people discover opportunities, maintain a candidate profile and apply for roles. This notice explains how we handle information you give us through the website. Contact us at applications@findjobsinai.co.uk with privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
We collect your name and email address when you sign in. If you complete a profile or apply, we also collect the skills, domains, interests, education, employment history, qualifications and pay preferences you provide; your uploaded CV; saved jobs; application details and status; and your job-alert preference. We record when an approved next-stage application link is opened. We use a short-lived email sign-in code and a session cookie to keep your account secure.
How we use it
We use this information to run your account, save and review applications, attach your CV to the relevant application, suggest roles and contact you about applications. A person reviews applications before any next-stage invitation is sent. Recommendations help surface opportunities; they do not automatically reject candidates.
If you choose job alerts, we may email relevant opportunities when that service launches. You can change that preference in your profile. Account and application emails are separate from optional job alerts.
AI recommendations and CV suggestions
We may use the domains, skills and interests in your profile, along with role details, to create a short explanation of why a job may interest you using an AI service provider. We do not send your CV file to that service for these explanations. CV text is read in your browser to suggest profile fields; you review them before saving.
Who handles your information
We use service providers for website hosting, database and private CV storage, AI recommendations and email delivery. Authorised Find Jobs in AI reviewers can access applications and the CV attached to them. We do not automatically send your CV to an external hiring platform. If you choose to follow a next-stage link, the destination platform will collect information under its own privacy terms. You may also choose to join the applicant support community through the link in an invitation email.
Our reasons for processing
We process account and application information to provide the service you request and to manage recruitment opportunities. We use legitimate interests where appropriate to improve matching, keep the service secure and record application progress, while considering your rights. We rely on your separate choice for optional job-alert emails where consent is required. You can withdraw that choice at any time in your profile.
How long we keep it
We keep profile and application information while your account is active and for as long as needed to manage applications, respond to requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Replacing a CV removes the previous profile copy unless it is attached to an existing application. Contact us if you want your information reviewed or deleted; we will assess any records we must still keep and explain the outcome.
Your choices and rights
You can update your profile and CV, turn off future job alerts, and ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your information. You may also ask us to restrict or object to certain uses. Email applications@findjobsinai.co.uk. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you have concerns about how your data is handled.

We may update this notice when the service changes. The date above shows the latest version.
