Contract Attorney — Legal AI Review

Role overview Bring your technology-transactions experience to a project improving how AI systems analyse and redline contracts. The work centres on practical legal judgement and clear feedback. What you’ll be doing • Work through simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises. • Review AI responses to contract scenarios and explain risks or errors. • Help build consistent criteria for evaluating contract-review outputs. Who this could suit In-house technology-transactions lawyers who have negotiated and reviewed commercial agreements and can translate legal reasoning into practical guidance. What you’ll need At least three years of in-house experience with technology transactions, including MSAs, NDAs and DPAs, is required. You will also need strong written communication, careful legal analysis and experience working with different teams. Prior legal-tech or AI work is preferred, not required. You don’t have to match every requirement exactly. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds, levels of experience and transferable skills.
