Procore Construction Workflow Specialist

Role overview Use practical construction project experience to carry out and explain realistic workflows in Procore. Your examples and feedback will help improve how AI systems understand construction operations. What you’ll be doing • Work through common Procore tasks involving RFIs, submittals, drawings, inspections and project records. • Explain each step, identify missing or inconsistent information, and document your findings. • Build plausible construction scenarios and complete assigned reviews independently. Who this could suit Construction project managers, project engineers and operations specialists who use Procore regularly. Previous AI project experience is not required. What you’ll need Hands-on Procore experience in a construction setting, familiarity with project documentation and terminology, and the ability to describe workflows clearly in writing. You should be comfortable following detailed instructions and checking records carefully. You don’t have to match every requirement exactly.
