R Engineer — AI Data Analysis Review

Role overview Use your R and statistics experience to assess how well AI handles real data-analysis problems. This is an application to an expert network for future projects; there is no immediate project attached to this listing. What you’ll be doing • Review AI-generated R code, analyses and written explanations for correctness and clarity. • Check statistical methods, data-wrangling steps and quantitative claims. • Write reference solutions and explain why one response is stronger than another. Who this could suit Data scientists, statisticians or quantitative analysts who enjoy finding subtle errors and explaining technical work clearly. What you’ll need At least two years of hands-on R experience in data analysis, statistics or data science; a bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related quantitative field; and strong knowledge of R programming, applied statistics and end-to-end analysis. You should be comfortable with common R tools such as tidyverse, data.table and ggplot2, and have significant experience using language models in R coding or analysis workflows. C1 English proficiency is required. Prior AI-training experience is preferred, not required. You don’t have to match every requirement exactly. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds, levels of experience and transferable skills. Pay and working arrangements Remote hourly contract work paying up to $55 per hour when a matching project is available. You can set your own hours.
