What you’ll need
This US opportunity requires at least three years supporting people in mental-health, counselling or social services, and a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience. Clinical licensure is valued but is not required. Neutral judgement, familiarity with cognitive distortions, boundaries and client-centred approaches, clear writing and at least 20 weekday hours per week are requested.
You don’t have to match every requirement exactly. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds, levels of experience and transferable skills.
Pay and working arrangements
Remote employment paying $45–$70 USD per hour through an employer of record. US-based W-2 employment with Cincinnatus LLC. Part-time commitment of at least 20 weekday hours, with the option to increase to 40 hours per week. Duration and payment schedule should be confirmed.
