What you’ll be doing
- Design and annotate manufacturable parametric assemblies.
- Explain architecture, mating decisions, tolerance stacks and design intent.
- Review sample designs and share mentoring insights.

Experienced CAD designers who teach, mentor or lead design decisions.
What you’ll need
The preferred background is five or more years leading complex assembly design, mastery of a major parametric CAD tool and clear explanations of DFM and design trade-offs. Teaching or mentoring experience is valued. Recognised credentials such as CSWE/CSWP, Autodesk instructor credentials or ASME GDTP may substitute for the stated experience bar; FreeCAD familiarity is useful.
You don’t have to match every requirement exactly. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds, levels of experience and transferable skills.
Pay and working arrangements
