Role overview
Help improve visual training data by checking the labels attached to images and videos. This role focuses on finding inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent annotations and explaining how they should be corrected.
What you’ll be doing
- Check object labels, boxes, polygons, masks, keypoints and video tracks against the project’s written instructions.
- Spot missing objects, duplicated labels, inaccurate boundaries and inconsistencies across frames or related examples.
- Correct annotations where requested and write clear feedback that another contributor can act on.
- Apply the specified rules for partly hidden, blurred, small or overlapping objects, and ask for guidance when a case is unclear.
- Review assigned batches consistently while meeting the project’s quality and productivity expectations.
Who this could suit
People with practical experience creating or checking image and video annotations who can sustain careful, consistent review. Previous annotation quality assurance and familiarity with visual labelling tools are preferred. A degree is not required.
What you’ll need
Experience with relevant annotation formats, close attention to detail, and the ability to follow complex guidelines across large batches. You should be comfortable making corrections and explaining errors clearly. Professional English is needed to understand instructions, raise questions and provide written feedback. You must be able to work independently and commit consistent hours according to project needs. Applicants must be based in Bangladesh or India.

Pay and working arrangements
Remote hourly contract work for applicants in Bangladesh or India, paying up to US$2.50 per hour. The stated figure is a maximum, not a guaranteed rate. Weekly hours, project duration and payment frequency are not specified.
