Help AI systems learn how people complete real Java and Kotlin development tasks using IntelliJ IDEA. You will devise practical assignments, demonstrate them on your computer and provide enough documentation for a reviewer to follow the work.
What you’ll be doing
- Create task briefs that reflect realistic uses of IntelliJ IDEA.
- For example, prepare an SDK and project, run or debug code, refactor a component and demonstrate a build or version-control task.
- Prepare the software, source files, access and references, then record the workflow from start to finish.
- Document the goal, steps and result, and check the recording and supporting notes for completeness and clarity.

What you’ll need
Hands-on familiarity with project structure, SDKs, run configurations, debugging, refactoring and Maven or Gradle. Prepare the IDE, project files and dependencies before recording. You should be comfortable managing files and software, recording your screen, following detailed guidance and reviewing your own work carefully. Consistent, self-directed delivery is important.

Pay and working arrangements
