CURRENT OPPORTUNITY

Operations & Service Delivery Presentation Reviewer

RemoteAI training · Experienced15 openings

Role overview

Apply operations experience to an AI training project built around executive presentations. You will reconstruct supplied slides, improve how they explain operational performance and record the reasoning behind each editing decision.

What you’ll be doing

  • Recreate supplied slide images as editable Microsoft PowerPoint slides, checking all content against the reference.
  • Review materials such as process-improvement proposals, logistics reviews, service-level results and capacity plans.
  • Improve the layout, chart choices, headings and sequence of ideas so the main message is easy to follow.
  • Keep domain-specific definitions, factual details and important qualifications intact while editing.
  • Write a decision log explaining the changes you made and why any effective original elements were retained.

Who this could suit

Practitioners or consultants in operations, supply chain, service delivery or process improvement who regularly prepare material for senior decision-makers or clients.

What you’ll need

The preferred profile includes at least three years of relevant practical experience and a record of producing executive-level PowerPoint presentations. Bachelor’s-level education is listed. You should be confident in operational terminology, process measures and the evidence behind recommendations, able to edit precisely and explain your design and content decisions in writing. Strong PowerPoint, charting and visual communication skills are central. Previous AI training, evaluation or rubric work is helpful but not required.

You don’t have to match every requirement exactly. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds, levels of experience and transferable skills.

Pay and working arrangements

Remote contractor work paying $150–$350 per hour. Assignments generally take around one to two hours per slide. Work is organised in flexible project sprints; volume can vary and no fixed weekly hours are stated.
