Registered Nurse — Clinical AI Annotation

Role overview Apply your inpatient nursing experience to clinical AI product development. This ongoing project needs nurses who can review complex documentation carefully and explain clinical decisions clearly. What you’ll be doing • Annotate and review clinical material using project guidelines. • Assess model outputs and investigate feedback to identify clinical errors or gaps. • Help improve clinical categories, review rules and quality guidance. • Share findings with engineers, product staff, clinical scientists and other clinicians. Who this could suit Registered nurses with recent inpatient bedside experience across a broad mix of patients and conditions. This work could suit someone who enjoys investigating ambiguous clinical questions and giving well-reasoned feedback. What you’ll need You must be based in the United States, be able to practise nursing there, and have recent inpatient bedside RN experience. You should be comfortable reviewing varied inpatient documentation, explaining your clinical reasoning, working with changing processes and committing at least 10 hours each week. Previous annotation work or experience in a large teaching hospital is helpful, not required. You don’t have to match every requirement exactly. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds, levels of experience and transferable skills. Pay and working arrangements Remote hourly work paying $55–$65 per hour. The project seeks a consistent commitment of at least 10 hours per week; exact schedules and duration depend on project needs.
