Use your experience of SaaS revenue operations to help improve AI systems through a customer project focused on effective workflows and reliable business data. The work draws on practical knowledge of CRM administration and the tools that support sales and customer success. Previous AI experience is not required.
What you’ll be doing
- Configure and improve CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to support sales, revenue and customer success processes.
- Connect and maintain tools for quoting, billing, support tickets and project tracking.
- Design and document workflows that remain useful as business requirements change.
- Check data across connected systems, investigate discrepancies and improve accuracy.
- Resolve clashes between operational policies using practical, sustainable judgement.
- Produce clear documentation and reports, and help teams adopt new processes.
- Share feedback on usability and real-world operational challenges to inform AI training.
Who this could suit
Sales operations, revenue operations and customer success operations professionals who have personally owned CRM configuration and maintained connected business systems in a SaaS environment.
What you’ll need
Direct experience configuring and maintaining a CRM platform is required. You should be familiar with at least two connected tools outside the CRM, such as quoting, billing, ticketing or project tracking software. The preferred profile includes four or more years in SaaS sales, revenue or customer success operations, sound judgement when policies conflict, clear written and verbal communication, and experience encouraging workflow adoption. Reporting and maintaining data integrity across revenue systems are also valued.
You don’t have to match every requirement exactly. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds, levels of experience and transferable skills.
Pay and working arrangements
Remote contractor work paying $40–$80 per hour, with 10 openings. Weekly hours, project duration, payment schedule and any country restrictions have not been specified and should be confirmed before accepting work.
