Help AI systems learn how people complete real practical visual communication tasks using Canva. You will devise practical assignments, demonstrate them on your computer and provide enough documentation for a reviewer to follow the work.
What you’ll be doing
- Create task briefs that reflect realistic uses of Canva.
- For example, develop a presentation or social graphic, adapt a template, organise brand elements and prepare a design for sharing or export.
- Prepare the software, source files, access and references, then record the workflow from start to finish.
- Document the goal, steps and result, and check the recording and supporting notes for completeness and clarity.

What you’ll need
Hands-on knowledge of templates, text and image tools, layers, alignment, brand kits, colours, spacing, sharing and exports. You must have Canva access and the assets required for your task. English at B2 level or above is required for instructions, documentation and communication. You should be comfortable managing files and software, recording your screen, following detailed guidance and reviewing your own work carefully. Consistent, self-directed delivery is important.

Pay and working arrangements
