Google Slides Specialist — AI Workflow Training

Help AI systems learn how people complete real presentation design and collaboration tasks using Google Slides. You will devise practical assignments, demonstrate them on your computer and provide enough documentation for a reviewer to follow the work.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create task briefs that reflect realistic uses of Google Slides.
  • For example, build a deck, adjust a theme or layout, add charts and speaker notes and demonstrate collaborative editing or export.
  • Prepare the software, source files, access and references, then record the workflow from start to finish.
  • Document the goal, steps and result, and check the recording and supporting notes for completeness and clarity.

What you’ll need

Experience with slide layouts, themes, images, shapes, charts, diagrams, notes, transitions, comments, sharing and exports. Suitable source material, templates and sharing settings must be prepared. English at B2 level or above is required for instructions, documentation and communication. You should be comfortable managing files and software, recording your screen, following detailed guidance and reviewing your own work carefully. Consistent, self-directed delivery is important.

Pay and working arrangements
