Help AI systems learn how people complete real spreadsheet analysis and reporting tasks using Google Sheets. You will devise practical assignments, demonstrate them on your computer and provide enough documentation for a reviewer to follow the work.
What you’ll be doing
- Create task briefs that reflect realistic uses of Google Sheets.
- For example, clean and organise data, apply formulas, build a pivot table or chart and prepare a shared report or tracking sheet.
- Prepare the software, source files, access and references, then record the workflow from start to finish.
- Document the goal, steps and result, and check the recording and supporting notes for completeness and clarity.

What you’ll need
Experience with formulas, functions, filters, sorting, charts, conditional formatting, validation, pivot tables, sharing and worksheet organisation. Prepare the spreadsheet access, permissions and sample data. English at B2 level or above is required for instructions, documentation and communication. You should be comfortable managing files and software, recording your screen, following detailed guidance and reviewing your own work carefully. Consistent, self-directed delivery is important.

Pay and working arrangements
